I grew up watching people I love work hard, sacrifice, and still feel like they were starting from zero every year. No playbook. No safety net. No real ‘what’s next.’

Legacy, for me, isn’t a quote on the wall. It’s the systems, standards, and decisions that make sure the next generation doesn’t have to rebuild from scratch.

My work is about helping leaders, parents, and builders create that kind of legacy on purpose — before life forces the conversation.
